Qiyun (also known as Q or 🍅), planted in China, is an emerging new media artist based in Brooklyn, NY. She is planning to graduate from NYU Tisch School of the Arts with a degree in Interactive Media Arts and a minor in Urban Design & Architecture.
What do your dreams consist of?
For Q, her dreams consist of 🌧️, 🌿, and 🍷. In the liminal space between dreams and reality, virtuality and physicality, conciousness and unconciousness, she untangles her relationships with
displacement, loneliness and daydreaming. Like great writers writing with their gold-capped fountain pens, Q likes to sketch out her daydreams with 3d graphics, generative visuals, recorded footages and so on.
